Together with a research agency, specialized in behavioral psychology, we mapped out the intrinsic motivations (so-called social nudges). This way, we were able to address and stimulate all citizens in a targeted way.
For example, we responded to motivational reasons, such as traveling healthier, faster, easier, cheaper and more fun. Factors that are much closer to the mind of the citizen and contribute to become a sustainable mobility city. With interventions, compliments, rewards and interactive content we highlight the use of alternative means of transport.
